What kinds of work do you do?
Left side is your name for it. Middle is what counts as that. Right side is how much a piece of it is worth to you. Three rows is plenty to start.
Mark one row not work if you want to log the rest of your life without it skewing the numbers. Errands and appointments are real, and they aren't busywork.
What counts as income for you?
This is the one that changes most between people. A freelancer's is an invoice sent. A shop owner's is a sale. If you're job hunting, it might be an application submitted, and that's a real answer.
Where does your work already leave a trail?
Anything that stamps a time and a title on your finished work is most of a log entry already. Pick what applies. Picking nothing is fine, it'll just ask you instead.
